Your data

  • Calculations and analytics run in your Excel session, or in your browser in the web version. We do not upload cell values, file names or folder paths to our servers.
  • In the web version, the file you upload is read in your browser and kept only in that browser until you clear it.
  • Lean Ops Pro needs an account, so we store your email address, sign-in id and subscription status. Nothing from your workbook is stored with it.

Get started

  1. Install Lean Operations Monitor from Microsoft AppSource, then open it from the Lean Ops tab in Excel.
  2. Start with the free OEE calculator; Takt Time and Pareto are in the same Calculators section.
  3. For Lean Ops Pro, open Account, sign in and start the 14-day trial. A card is required. Cancel any time before the trial ends. Then open Setup → Workbook to load the demo or your own tables.

Do I need an account for the free calculators?

No. OEE, takt time and Pareto work without signing in.

Does my workbook leave my computer?

No. Calculations run in Excel or in your browser. We never upload your cell values.

How do I cancel Lean Ops Pro?

Open Account, then Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
