Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
• Use Manage billing in the add-in, the link in your Paddle receipt, or email hello@leanexcel.com if you cannot open the portal.
• After you cancel, Pro stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Free OEE, Takt, and Pareto stay available after that.
• Cancellation stops future charges. It is not a refund of amounts already paid.

2. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy and any consumer rights that apply where you live. Paddle's policy is the source for eligibility, timing, and how money is returned.

In general, paid digital subscriptions are not refunded except where the law requires it or Paddle grants a refund. Consumers in some countries have a statutory cooling-off period on a first subscription payment; that can be limited if you start using the digital service and agree to that at checkout. Later renewal charges usually follow different rules. If the paid features are not as described or cannot be used because of a defect, contact us and, if needed, Paddle.

If a refund is approved, Paddle returns it to the original payment method and Pro access ends, as Paddle describes in its policy.

3. How to ask for a refund

• Open View receipt or Manage subscription from your Paddle email, or contact Paddle buyer support.
• Or email hello@leanexcel.com with the email used at checkout. We can help you reach Paddle. Paddle decides the transaction.

4. Afterward

• Pro locks at the end of the paid period, or when a refund ends access.
• Free calculators remain available.
• Your Excel file stays on your computer.
